My favorite tree is the Palm tree. Its graceful silhouette never fails to evoke memories of my cherished beach memories with my family. But what I admire most is its remarkable resilience and ability to endure the harshest weather, including fierce winds and hurricanes, making it a symbol of strength and survival!
Palm trees, are similar to us in various ways, having to endure tough periods where our strength and resilience are put to the test.
Despite the adversities thrown our way, we learn to stand tall as a poignant symbol, urging us to adapt, endure, and thrive in the face of hardships. Palm trees are an reminder of that enduring spirit that we all have within us, a quest for harmony and contentment, and an unwavering pursuit of growth and progress towards the light.

Walk and Talk Therapy combines exercise with therapy for holistic well-being through outdoor walks and conversations. Therapy is conducted outdoors as being nature can be extremely meditative and allows you to practice mindfulness. You get to set the pace of the session. Whether you are looking for a more mindful, relaxing session of walking or a more active, heart-pounding session, I will match your pace.
